This is a comical interesting short story involving a robbery of a precious blue gem and a Christmas goose. Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson are on a wild goose chaise, in this case literally. The story is interesting, and the ending is a bit unusual at least compared to the other Sherlock Holmes stories that I have read.
